License renewal payments can be made online via the LARS (License Applications, Renewals and Summonses) System.

All other vehicle types licensed by the Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC), including For-Hire Vehicles, Commuter Vans, and Paratransit Vehicles, require other individual operating licenses.
